Mr. Liu Zhonghua, the founder of KELIOIL, was among the earliest batches of college students after China resumed the college entrance examination. After graduating from Wuhan University of Technology in 1984, he provided cementing technical services at the Cementing Research Office of China Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute. During his 17-year tenure there, he participated in national scientific and technological research projects and won the first prize of national scientific and technological research. He also took part in the cementing technical services for Dagang Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield, and Bohai Oilfield. In October 1987, at China's first cementing conference, he delivered a speech on the scientific research and practice of applying cementing water reducing agents at the Bohai Oilfield site.

In 2000, during the entrepreneurship boom, Mr. Liu Zhonghua started his own business. Relying on his 17 years of cutting-edge scientific research and practical experience, he combined his research achievements with actual production and the market. After exploring and trying various models, he founded Tianjin CRIOL Engineering Material Technology Co., Ltd. in 2006. The company was the first in China to achieve large-scale automatic production of AMPS powder and has been operating successfully ever since, winning wide acclaim in both domestic and international markets.

Established in 2006, Tianjin CRIOL Engineering Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise that independently develops and mass-produces oil cementing admixtures. It is an approved supplier for oil companies like CNPC, SINOPEC, and CNOOC. Its products cover various types of fluid loss agents, retarders, gas channeling prevention agents, dispersants, isolation fluids, flushing fluids, defoamers, early strength agents, and other oil cementing additives. With 19 years of production and export experience, the company has an annual output of about 10,000 tons, and over 60% of its products are exported worldwide.

The tetra-polymer multi-functional fluid loss agent developed by the company is the first polymer-based fluid loss agent product developed nationwide and has been recognized as a national key new product by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The newly developed high-temperature dispersant has reached the leading domestic technical level in the field of new materials and has been identified as a "killer product" in Tianjin. In addition, the company holds multiple intellectual property rights, including invention patents.

The R&D center of CRIOL is located in Hengtong Enterprise Port, Xiqing District, Tianjin, and the production base is in Ninghe, Tianjin, covering an area of 30,000 square meters with a workshop area of over 10,000 square meters. The factory has passed ISO certification and holds certificates for green factories and standardized safety production enterprises. It has multiple automated liquid and powder drying production lines and packaging lines, with an annual production capacity of about 10,000 tons, capable of meeting the production needs of multiple varieties, small batches, and customized products.
